Welcome to our shop! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Product Information
All of our ceramics are handmade, which means each piece is unique. While we do our best to represent our work accurately in photos and descriptions, slight variations in size, shape, and colour are part of what makes handmade pottery special.

Ordering & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods as shown at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to external factors like postal strikes or severe weather.

Breakages & Returns
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and its packaging. We’ll be happy to offer a refund or replacement where appropriate. Because each piece is handmade, we are unable to offer returns for change of mind, but if there's a problem with your order, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Use of Our Products
Our ceramics are made for everyday use. Most pieces are food-safe and dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated, but we recommend gentle handwashing to keep them looking their best. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking.
