Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we take great care in making and packing each item. Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, we currently offer refunds or replacements only in the case of damage or error.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us an email at pottery primrose@gmail.com with a description and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Orders
If we've sent you the wrong item by mistake, please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your order. We'll do our best to correct the issue.

Change of Mind
As each piece is handmade in small batches, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you have any concerns with your order, please contact us- we’re always happy to help where we can.

Returns Process
If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
