Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging our ceramics to ensure they arrive safely at your door. Each item is wrapped securely using eco-friendly materials wherever possible, and we aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days.

Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We currently ship within the United Kingdom and offer standard tracked delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3-7 working days after dispatch.

Local Pickup / Markets
If you'd prefer to collect your order in person or pick it up at one of our upcoming markets, please select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout and leave a note-we’ll be in touch to arrange the details.

Breakages & Issues
While we do our best to pack everything carefully, ceramics are fragile. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

International Shipping
At the moment, we don’t offer international shipping—but we’re working on it! Feel free to reach out if you're overseas and interested in placing an order.
